Tran Abstract:E-payment is an important concept of the core e-commerce elements, it becomes one of the most essential success factors for financial and business services. This work elaborates the roles of perceived trust and perceived security on continuance usage of e-payment. Collection data from students who have used e-payment for e-commerce in Vietnam. The structural equation modelling is an-alyzed on a total convenient sampling of 210 respondents. Research results demonstrate that perceived trust and perceived security have significant roles in the e-payment adoption model. The research model amounts to 26% of continu-ance usage of e-payment.
