Abstract:The data mining is a process that uncovers the fact and valuable information that are hidden in a pull of data that is used by many enterprises and business. Predictive analysis is unique branch of data mining that is used to make prophecies for the upcoming actions that are hidden. Predictive analysis uses numerous procedures like statistics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence for prediction about future. Accurate analysis of current data and situation help to forecasting the future. For prediction analysis we must track of continues or discontinuous changes in market. This study analyse the costumer behaviour when they buy online and what type of circumstances and polices change their behaviour toward shopping it may be positive or negative. Customer is the end user, payer and buyer, customer behaviour analysis is based on consumer buying behaviour.
